Frequently asked questions
What people ask before they start, and a few things worth knowing afterwards.
Four tools for people who move work forward, built to be useful on their own and better together: a daily planner, a unified messaging, a learning library, and voice surveys. One account covers all of them. The home page introduces each one.
Whichever answers the problem you have this week. If the day gets away from you, that is Plot Traction. If it is replies that pile up, Plot Dispatch. If you need to know what a group actually thinks, Plot Pulse, which is the one you can use today. Getting started lays the four out side by side.
Because they are not open yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out after signing up. Plot Pulse is open to anyone today. Plot Dispatch is running and getting in is by invitation. Plot Traction and Plot Curiosity are still being built. Every page that is not open takes your address, and you will hear from us as that changes.
No. You sign in to Plot rather than to a product, and the same account works wherever you go next. Use a personal address you will still have if your job changes; work accounts can be connected to it afterwards.
Calendars, mail, chat, task lists, contacts, meeting notes and issue trackers. A connection belongs to your Plot account rather than to one product, so you grant it once and disconnecting stops it everywhere. The full list is here, with what is ready today and what is planned.
Optional extensions that run on the accounts you have already connected: automations and AI agents that handle the repetitive part of your work. You install one, you decide what it can reach, and you can remove it. More about twists.
Nothing, today. Paid plans are coming, and what we're planning is on the pricing page.
Yes. Plot Dispatch and Plot Traction read, write and organize with no connection, and everything syncs the moment you are back online, across your devices.
Data and security covers how it is stored and what we do with a vulnerability report, and the Privacy Policy covers what we hold and for how long. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, write to privacy@useplot.com.
Every message we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also manage what you receive here. Account email, such as a sign-in code or a password reset, keeps arriving, because turning that off would lock you out.
Not here? Write to us and say what you were trying to do. We answer every one.
