Connect an account once.
A connection belongs to your Plot account, not to one product. Say yes once to a calendar, a mailbox or a workspace, and every Plot product you use reads from the same connection.
You grant it, piece by piece
A product asks for what it needs and nothing more. Reading your calendar and answering an invitation are two separate questions, and you can say yes to one of them.
One place to take it back
Disconnect an account and it stops syncing everywhere, in every Plot product, at once. No hunting for the same switch in four places.
Nothing is decided for you
A connection brings work in. What deserves your attention today is still your call, and twists only do what you install them to do.
What Plot connects to
Ready means you can connect it today. Planned means it is specified and being built, with no date attached, because a date we cannot keep helps nobody.
Google Calendar
Your schedule, the invitations waiting on an answer, and the notes that belong to each one.
Outlook Calendar
The same for a Microsoft account, work or personal, alongside everything else.
Apple Calendar
Your iCloud schedule, and the invitations on it.
Gmail
Read and reply where the rest of the conversation already is, and let the low-signal mail wait.
Outlook Mail
The same for a Microsoft mailbox, including a shared one.
Google Tasks
Your lists, and the things on them you can tick off here.
Microsoft To Do
The same for a Microsoft account, lists and all.
Todoist
Your projects and what is due, without a second tab open.
Apple Reminders
Your iCloud reminders, beside everything else you owe.
Google Contacts
So a name arrives as the person you know, not an address you have to place.
Slack
Direct messages, the threads you were pulled into, and the ones you saved for later.
Microsoft Teams
Chats and channel messages, with your replies going back.
Google Chat
Spaces and direct messages, in the same place as the rest.
Messages and connection requests, answered from here.
The chats where a lot of real work actually happens.
Direct messages and requests, without the rest of the app.
Google Drive
Comments on your documents, so a review reaches you where you already are.
Granola
Meeting notes and transcripts, attached to the meeting.
Fellow
Meeting notes and the actions that came out of them.
GitHub
Issues and pull requests waiting on you, and the review comments to answer.
Linear
The issues assigned to you, and the comments on them.
Trello
Your cards, and what has to happen before they move.
Asana
The tasks assigned to you, without going looking for them.
Where you use these today
Plot Dispatch is where these are in daily use, and getting in is by invitation for now. Plot Traction draws on the same connections. Both take an address on their own page, and you will hear from us as they open up.
Missing something you work out of every day? Write to help@useplot.com and say which one. What people ask for is how this list gets ordered.
