Plans go by which apps you connect, not how many. Your calendar and to-do list are free, forever. Add a plan when you want Plot to cover more of your work — docs and project tools on Core, email and chat on Pro, and social messaging on Pro Plus.

A connection is one account you link to Plot — one Google account, one Slack workspace, one Linear org. Each account brings in everything inside it, and which of those apps sync depends on your plan: your Google account's calendar and tasks are covered on Free, and its Gmail needs Pro. Linking your personal and work Google accounts is two separate connections.

A task app is where you keep your own to-do list — Todoist, Google Tasks, Apple Reminders. Those are free, along with your calendars. A project tool is where you track work with other people — Linear, Jira, Asana, Trello, GitHub — and those are on Core, together with docs and meeting notes.

Only the parts above your plan pause. One Google account brings in Calendar, Tasks, and Gmail; on the free plan the calendar and tasks keep syncing and Gmail stops. You don't have to disconnect anything or reconnect later.

Every new account gets 30 days of Pro. When it ends, your calendars and task apps stay connected on the free plan, and anything from Core or Pro archives until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted — everything already in Plot stays, and reconnecting picks up where you left off.
